Exceptionally nice breakfast, exceptionally clean hotel.

Everything was modern, amicable staff, stunning location close to the Lake District for social reasons, a farm that sells raw milk and Kendal, Windermere...

It has extremely quiet and ideal location really close to Kendal, Windermere, Ambleside, the awarded winning Wheatsheaf pub, and other surrounding areas. Also, I greatly enjoyed Church of st John, set a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel.

The peaceful location made it easy for us to get recommendations on Lake District attractions and enjoy a breakfast that included tasty homemade bread and even a special sausage for our dog.

The staff here were super friendly and the host was just as welcoming. This place is situated in a quiet area just next to the Wheatsheaf pub, a farm where you can buy fresh raw milk, and the National Trust. It's also conveniently located in the Lake District, perfect for social outings and enjoying nature 🌿.
